Saint Patrick's Day is almost approaching, Still looking for the outfit that represents Ireland.

Saint Patrick's day is all about wearing something green.
When it comes to styling don't wear too much green, to make it look stylish and trendy, add a patterned blazer, top or trousers, remember keep the rest plain and add some sparkling jewellery.

You can also be daring and clash prints, or wear all green to make it fun, you can even go fancy dress.

I was set a task which I was so excited about :) where I received two pieces of her jewellery and had to style it with a outfit of my choice that I think will work well with these pieces.
I knew exactly what I was gonna wear because I wanted the jewellery to stand out, show that you can wear it strong and masculine but still femine.

Styling these pieces you can wear it for any occasion
Day or Night
For a formal occasion add abit of colour like a Deep Red or Deep Blue.
Add a cocktail dress or a long evening gown.
For a Day occasion give it a ROCK look.
Add a printed tee with a pair of black jeans and rocky boots.

My First Photoshoot modelling for Elisha

Hello everyone!!! My name is Zodie, I am a styling intern and tweeter under @EFJintern for ELISHA FRANCIS, I create outfits on her blog inspired by her jewellery and give style tips to my viewers on what to wear with her jewellery. I am currently working at Urban Outfitters. I am an inspiring stylist and Fashion lover. Being apart of Elisha's team has really inspires me to put everything I've learnt into action. I really appreciate this opportunity to gain experience and learn how the industry works. I was so excited to be offered this internship to be a part of her team and I think this is the place for me.... So here's my first photo shoot :)

Date: Sunday 25th of November 2012
Where: Peckham, South east London
Why: The Muse Project
Who: Elisha Francis, @EFJintern, Model Maarit and photographer Simon @sbsrichardson

Oh what a day :)
I was given the opportunity to be a stylist on this photo shoot for Elisha and dress the models in some gorgeous accessories she made for her project at uni called The Muse Project.
Looking forward to that day, I was given the mood board which was inspired by Monochrome and so I knew what she was looking for the shoot. It was 1 day left till the photo shoot and I received a text from Elisha, regarding one of the models. She had cancelled and ask me if I would like to step in her place. I was thrilled and excited to be apart of it.
So the day had arrived, I was told to meet at her place for 10:30am and bring a few items along with me: Black trousers which I didn't have so I brought my black jeans, Black brogues, black heels and my makeup kit. I arrived at 10:35 as I was abit delayed. I finally reached, where I was greeted by her and introduced to one of the other models I would be working with who is in the same course that she is in, she was really nice her name is Maarit. So the day began, we sat down with some nibbles, a hot drink and discussed about the concept.

Now it was time to get dressed, put makeup on and get our hair done for the shoot, so we are ready for when Simon comes.
Couple of minutes later Simon arrived and we got into our first outfits, my first outfit was a white pleated shirt, black jeans, black brogues and a statement collar she designed, I was the masculine model which I quite enjoyed, I love a suit outfit :). We took some pictures inside first to get good use of the natural light before it went dark with a backdrop of a grey painted wall. "It was so much fun".
Then we changed into our second outfit which was a black corset with black jeans to show off the accessory around my neck... I was given a neck piece with spikes and lace, " I definitely felt fierce", to top it up I was given the best vintage fur coat I had ever seen, I felt so classy and elegant.
It was time to change back into my first outfit, so we headed outside to do shots near Peckham Tube station where there was loads of arches and a quirky bar which was a great place to take photos. It was the perfect scenery and we had lots of inspiration by our surroundings.

I hope you enjoyed this post :)

Who Loves the Tribal/Ethnic trend???

Who loves the Tribal/Ethnic trend???

Tribal/Ethnic trend is all about patterns, deep colours taking inspiration from different cultures far and wide, mainly through the Western garments.

For the Ethnic look all you need is a pair of wooden earrings to make the outfit come together.

These earrings are from the FAIRYTALE Collection by Elisha Francis....

Its very Classy, Simple and Bold .

Although its a simple piece, your outfit is going to Shine.

BOBB Fashion Show

Hey everyone!

Hope your all enjoying your summer, I have been so busy and productive, I'm in the beginning of starting up my own fashion label and as you already know I'm interning for
ELISHA FRANCIS JEWELLERY :D

The first event of the week was the Best Of Both Boutique Fashion Show

Who? Me! Elisha, Sofia- Owner of Jaydah boutique, Kelvin- friend and Fashionista, Charley- stylist for the show, Chantel- Boutique owner, Chantelle- Assisting team EFJ, Casey- Networking for team EFJ and the models
What? Best Of Both Boutique Fashion Show
When? Thursday 2nd August 2012
Where? Question Bar, Forest Hill, London
Why? To Style Models with ELISHA FRANCIS JEWELLERY

So Best Of Both is a boutique in Forest Hill owned by the lovely Chantel and Charley.
They sell glamorous dresses and shoes for glamorous women and to showcase this they wanted to put on a fashion show and pop up boutique and so they requested for ELISHA FRANCIS JEWELLERY to feature and accessorize the models on the night.

My role on the night involved dressing the models, styling them with the jewellery and making sure each model was ready for her next outfit for the runway.

I’ve styled and dressed before but not for a fashion show, so I was feeling the pressure trying to get each girl into there next look within the short space, so I was really glad that I brought along my good friend Kelvin (also a Fashionista) to help me out, for some reason my feet were aching and I wasn’t even wearing heels!

Once the show was over my next mission was to entice people over to the
ELISHA FRANCIS JEWELLERY pop up boutique to indulge, which was quite easier than I thought (maybe it was to do with all the free champers going around ;))

Me and Elisha at the Show

Casey and Chantelle look great in EFJ Designs
